Ocean Beach Planning Board is an advisory board to the City of San Diego on land use issues.  We encourage the community to attend our meeting

General Meetings:   The Ocean Beach Planning Board meets the first Wednesday of each Month at the Ocean Beach Rec Center.  Meetings start at 6:00 PM.  Click here for Agenda

Project Review Sub-Committee Meeting:  Held the 3rd Wednesday of each month pending projects needing to be review for recommendation to general board.  Meetings start at 6:00.  Meetings are dark when there are no projects to be review.  Please check out our Agenda page on the 3rd Monday to see if there will be a meeting.

Mission

The Ocean Beach Planning Board is  recognized by the City of San Diego as the  primary advisory group for land use and  land development issues in the Ocean Beach community.

An urbanized coastal community containing 742 acres within its approximately one square mile planning area. The Ocean Beach Planning area is bounded by the San Diego River to the north, the Pacific Ocean to the west, Froude Street and West Point Loma Boulevard on the east, and Adair Street to the south
